Refund policy

Eligibility:

We accept returns upto a period of 5 calendar days from delivery of product. Products returned should be unused, undamaged and unwashed with tags & in original packaging. To initiate returns please reach out to customer care via email or WhatsApp given below.  

 Products bought under any special offer, sale or under urgent expedited shipping are only eligible for an exchange (product should be of the same or higher value) or store credit. Store credit have lifetime validity. 

Please note that made to measure/ customized products are not eligible for refunds or exchange. Any alteration charges are to be borne by the customer.

Refund:

For all accepted returns, we will refund your money within 7-10 working days or exchange for another available size or product, as you prefer. All amounts refunded will be subject to deduction of shipping charges and payment processing charges as paid by the customer. The amount of deduction will be Rs 300/- for shipping and 2% as payment processing charges. 

The same charges may be waived by the company at its sole discretion. 

Only eligible for the article purchased, not any packaging or gift or free items included by us.

Cancellations:

Cancellations can be requested through our customer care any time before orders are picked up by our delivery partners. For all accepted cancellations, we will refund your full money within 7-10 working days or exchange for another available size or product, as you prefer. 

We are not able to cancel orders once they are collected by our delivery partners. If so, the order can be cancelled only after receipt of delivery by the customer subject to deduction of shipping and payment processing charges mentioned above.
